1) The mechanism adopts side-mounted installation, which is easy to install and has a compact structure.

* The main body of the movement is made of aluminum alloy, manufactured by die-casting process, with reliable mechanical
strength, beautiful appearance,precisedimensions and good heat dissipation.

3) The mechanism adopts gear reduction transmission, which has high transmission efficiency and low power output loss; gear
material Quality SCM421, carburizing heat treatment process, precision gear grinding, anti-wear, anti-impact, and its service life
far exceeds that of worm gear transmission structure.
4) The mechanism adopts a DC brushless motor with large output torque and small size. The speed can be adjusted arbitrarily
through the controller, and the deceleration and buffering can be realized when the rod is dropped and lifted in place, so that
the brake rod is in place smoothly.
5) The motor adopts DC24V safety voltage, which avoids electric shock accidents caused by leakage, and provides more protection
for personal safety.
Installation/Removal
Mechanism fixation
1) The mechanism is side-mounted, with 6 nut posts (φ18X20) embedded on the sheet metal on the right, and 6 hexagon socket screws(M10X40) on the left to fix the movement.
2) The left-hand mechanism and the right-hand mechanism are interchangeable.This mechanism can realize left-right reversal. For example, when the right-direction mechanism is changed to the left-direction mechanism, the joystick parts need to be replaced.The operation steps are as follows:

a). Use outer snap ring pliers to remove the snap rings at both ends of the connecting rod and take out the connecting rod
b). Loosen the 2 screws on rocker B and take out rocker B (the notch can be expanded with the help of an inclined iron for faster removal)
c). Remove the 4 screws on the limit piece, move the limit piece to the right side in a symmetrical position, and then tighten the screws
d). Replace rocker A, replace the connecting rod and snap ring
e). After adjusting the angle of the brake lever, tighten the rocker A screw

Remarks: The operation steps for changing the left-hand mechanism to the right-hand mechanism are the same; if the connecting rod
is difficult to disassemble, loosen the rocker and crank screw together and then remove the connecting rod.
